    The Fall Academic Update window will open on December 15, 2016, following the completion of the fall 2016 term, and close on February 17, 2017.

    Arrange for your official summer 2016 and fall 2016 transcripts to be sent directly to Pharm CAS AS SOON AS THEY ARE AVAILABLE.

    The earlier date must be used to determine when reverification is necessary.

    We suggest that you remind employees, at least 90 days before the date reverification is required, that they will be required to present a List A or List C document (or acceptable receipt) showing continued employment authorization on the date that their employment authorization or documentation whichever is sooner, expires.

    Submitting your AU tells our system which transcripts to expect. Once your updated transcript has arrived, you will be given an “AU Complete Date” your application will go into line to have your updated coursework verified and your GPA recalculated.

    Any time a carrier or other regulated entity changes its name or address, or other details in their record, they should update their US DOT and operating authority record with FMCSA in a timely manner.

    You cannot move only some of the courses within a term to completed and add the rest later.

    Academic Update is intended to allow you to change your previously planned/in-progress courses to completed and self-report your grades for this work. The system will NOT allow you to go back and edit previously verified terms or add in terms you forgot to report from past years (i.e.

    you never updated your fall 2012 work before you were verified).

    If your employee has a Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization, pending with USCIS, and the application has been pending for 75 days, your employee may call the National Customer Service Center or schedule an Info Pass appointment at a local office to request expedited processing.

    Unless reverification does not apply (for the situations stated above), then when your employee’s employment authorization or employment authorization documentation expires your employee must present unexpired documents from either List A or List C showing authorization to work.
